Where do your pearls come from?
Our pearls are currently imported from the Philippines. However, in the future we may look into importing pearls from other countries as well.
What are freshwater cultured pearls?
Freshwater cultured pearls are real pearls that are grown on pearl farms in freshwater lakes, rivers, or ponds. Their development is then accelerated by man who opens the shell and inserts an irritant, and then allows nature to take its course.
What are Pearl Partners?
Pearl Partners are our very own way of introducing our product to others through others. Pearl Partners agree to sell our merchandise and thus are rewarded with a merchandise credit once a certain amount is sold. To learn more about becoming a Pearl Partner click here.
Blessing in the Skies is an odd name. Where did it come from?
“Blessing in the Skies” was originally a blog written by the owner. When she started her pearl business she wasn’t sure what to call it. After much consideration, she gave it the name of her blog. The phrase itself comes from the Filipino misinterpretation of the phrase, “Blessing in Disguise.”
